AM | Taco Tasting Adventure

Spice up your week in our five-day “Taco Fiesta” tasting class, where every bite is a lesson in flavor and culture. Participants explore regional Mexican cuisine through hands-on tastings of authentic tacos, guided by chef Joel who shares the stories behind the ingredients and spices. Students learn to identify key flavors, pair tacos with salsas and beverages, and create a custom taco to share. By the end of the class, students leave with a recipe booklet, a refined taco palate, and a certificate celebrating their inner taco connoisseur!
