C.A.R.E. (stands for Children’s Activity and Recreational Environment) is the CFSD before and after school child care program offered at each of our four elementary schools to enrolled students.  Our goal is to provide a safe environment where your child can enjoy a broad range of planned activities with their friends. Some of these activities include arts, crafts, cooking, sports, quiet and active games, community service projects, as well as time to do homework.

Hours: 7am - 8am

After School: 5:30pm

Full Day CARE on non-school days:  7am - 5pm
        * Requires a separate contract, complete by enrolling in the Breaks - Full Day CARE.)

Rate: $7 per hour

Billing occurs on Mondays based on the previous week’s attendance

Late scheduling will incur a $25 charge
