Yoga Club

Yoga Club with Tucson Kids Yoga is filled with movement, games, and creative poses that keep kids active, laughing, and having fun after school! Each class includes exciting yoga challenges, fun props, stretching, and interactive activities that help kids release energy while building strength, balance, and confidence. Along the way, students learn simple breathing techniques and body awareness skills they can use anytime. Kids leave each class feeling strong, relaxed, and excited to come back for more!
