Breaks - Full Day CareC.A.R.E. ProgramC.A.R.E. (stands for Children’s Activity and Recreational Environment) is the CFSD before and after school child care program offered at each of our four elementary schools to enrolled students. Our goal is to provide a safe environment where your child can enjoy a broad range of planned activities with their friends. Some of these activities include arts, crafts, cooking, sports, quiet and active games, community service projects, as well as time to do homework. Hours: 7am - 8am After School: 5:30pmFull Day CARE on non-school days: 7am - 5pm * Requires a separate contract, complete by enrolling in the Breaks - Full Day CARE. Rate: $7 per hour Please schedule ahead of time Scheduling & Rates ●Scheduling requests must be submitted through the Community Portal prior to the week of CARE requesting.●Same-Week Changes: Any sign-up or schedule change made after 9:00 AM on Monday for the current week will be subject to the applicable fee. •Late Sign-Up / Adding Days: $25 per occurrence. •Drop-Ins: Not permitted without prior approval from the Main CARE Office. $25 per occurrence.. •Removing Scheduled Before- or After-School Days: $7.00 per day, (a 1-hour minimum charge).●Hourly rate: $7.00 Minimum 1 hour billing.●Invoicing will occur weekly for the previous week's CARE attendance and applicable fees.●$3/minute after 5:30 PM (5:00 PM on full days).●Full Day C.A.R.E. will incur a minimum of 4 service hours for each day scheduled regardless of pick up time. *Full Day CARE changes require 24-hour notice.●Returned checks: $25 fee.C.A.R.E.
